Scaling Career Pathways in Wisconsin

In Wisconsin, a major statewide career pathway effort is underway to align the programs of the 16 colleges in the Wisconsin Technical College System (WTCS) with labor market needs. WTCS is scaling its career pathway operations as part of a statewide initiative that involves workforce and economic development, secondary schools, veteran service organizations, local workforce boards, adult literacy providers and others.

Using the Statistical Adjustment Model for Negotiating WIOA Performance Levels

Attendees will learn about updates to the Statistical Adjustment Model and using the model and Employment and Training Administration's (ETA's) Negotiation Tool as part of negotiating WIOA performance levels with ETA Regional offices. ETA staff also will provide a brief overview of the recently released guidance (TEGL) on negotiations of Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA) Titles I and III performance levels for PY 2018 and PY 2019.

Program Income and Match and Leveraged Resources Grant Requirements for ETA Grants

The presenters will summarize the Federal Uniform Guidance requirements related to these topics and how they are to be reported on the ETA-9130 form. The requirements of Program Income and Match can differ greatly between programs. Although this webinar will touch on specific program requirements, it is focused on general requirements when dealing with how Program Income and Match work with a grant award and how to report on them.
