The Society of American Indian Government Employees (SAIGE) works to bring together and represent Native people who are employed by Federal, State, Local, and Tribal Governments throughout the United States. Annually, SAIGE hosts a National Training Program in which everyone comes together to learn from one another. SAIGE invites and funds a select group of Native Youth who are interested in work in Government to attend the National Training Program as a part of its Youth Track Program.
